⚙ Step 2 — Select Mode

🔒 Both modes enforce the Consumed Pool Method. Matching priority: P1 = Date + Ledger + Amount → P2 = Date + Amount → P3 = Ledger + Amount (≤10 days). Ledger comparison is case-insensitive with alias resolution. Sequences built per ledger independently — never across mixed ledgers. Ledger column in bank file is required.

MODE 1 — FULL BRS

📋 Full Bank Reconciliation Statement

Uses the Ledger column already filled in your bank statement. Runs the full Consumed Pool BRS (P1→P2→P3 priority). Produces 9 output sheets: BRS Summary, Full Bank, Book in Tally, Tally Not in Bank, Near-Match, Anomaly, Ledger Summary & more.

MODE 2 — DUPLICATE DETECTION

🔍 Bank-Frequency Duplicate Analysis

Identifies confirmed Tally duplicates (bank frequency < Tally count for same Ledger+Amount+Date), timing gaps, and entries not in bank at all. Use this alongside the BRS to clean up duplicate entries before finalising books.

💡 Ledger mapping is handled in your separate Ledger Mapping Tool. Ensure the bank statement file has the "Ledger (Book As)" column filled before uploading here. The BRS engine will read that column directly for Consumed Pool matching.
